We have noticed there is quite a lot of confusion regarding our recent changes in payment policy. We would like to take this opportunity to clarify some of the things in this regard. Lets start with the most important message – you can still pay for our online free vpn proxy services using your existing PayPal account! Ok… so where is the problem? A while ago PayPal made a decision to close down our account. The reasons for this are still a mystery to us and we are in a processes of exchanging legal letters. At the moment we are unable if, how and when this thing will be resloved, but what is important to you that you can still use your PayPal account to pay for VPN.

The main change and inconvenience is where recurring PayPal payments were concerned. Unfortunately they will not be possible right now. All payments for VPN made with PayPal accounts have to be done through PayPro service.

If you want to pay using PayPal, please choose a PayPro as a desired method. You will be directed to a site where you will be choose additional options of payments (like credit card, debit card and PayPal).

There, instead of credit card you can choose a PayPal as an option. System will ask you for your PayPal e-mail address and you will be forwarded to a PayPal site where you will be asked to confirm transaction. And that is it!

PayPal payments (unfortunately) more difficult
Dear customers, as we are in a dispute with PayPal we were forced to suspend PayPal payments. We hope that you will understand that we are not the side that should be blamed and we will do all we can to reach an agreement with PayPal as soon as we can. In the mean time let us tell you what changes.As far as we can understand what is going on, main PayPal claim is that we are aiding hackers (and as you know from our Terms of Service any and all of this sort of actions are strictly prohibited!). Never the less at the moment we do not have any other choice but to suspend PayPal transactions.

Don’t worry though! If you have a PayPal account you can use it to pay VPN but (as title states), unfortunately it will be a bit more awkward. From today all PayPal payments can be done indirectly through PayPro service. With time we will try to add more ways for you to pay this way with PayPal accounts but for now it is only PayPro. As a result of problems with PayPal all automatic payments from PayPal accounts have been cancelled. Payments via credit or debit cards, as well as Google Checkout are not affected. Currnetly only payments made by card can be recurring ones. We are working on adding more ways for you to pay, we are truly sorry for all the inconvenience but as mentioned above – it is not our choice, simply PayPal is big enough not to care any more.
